As a family business in the second generation with more than 40 years of experience in the field of real estate project development, we acquire properties in the state capital of Munich and in the Munich area and create living space that is characterized by style, durability, innovation and sustainability.

As part of the ARCADIA group of companies, ARCADIA Grund GmbH takes on project development and the classic property development business, while ARCADIA Immobilien GmbH focuses on managing its own portfolio.

Gottfried Frick and Andrea Fröhlich laid the foundation for today's group of companies back in 1982 with the founding of Frick Unternehmensberatung, which over the years has increasingly specialized in capital investments in the real estate sector.

With the founding of the ARCADIA group of companies, the development of residential real estate was spun off from the core business of Frick Management Consulting, which is now primarily active in the commercial real estate market and in the marketing area.
